Public comment:

New Business: The cemetery brochure was discussed. The brochure has some wrong information on it so we will review it and redo it when Kathy gets back from her trip. Rite of burial w/monument should be $150.00.  Brian asked about getting a cooker to thaw out the ground in the winter. Brian said he had talked to the City of Crosslake, and they said we could borrow their cooker in the winter if we needed to.

Road Maintenance: Salt shed was discussed. Phil said he would ask at land services if we needed a special permit to build a salt shed for salt/sand mix in the winter. Brian said it is working good dumping the salt/sand mixture at Emily.

Garage addition: We still need to build the Wastewater Pond, but we have time to do it.

Brian asked what color we wanted to paint the town hall so the correct color of paint could be bought. The color should be blue with gray trim and white doors. The handicap railing should be painted white and put reflective stickers on it. The cedar posts on the entry way and the posting board should be treated with natural timber oil.

Go North:  Kathy said they are still working on the recycling program.

The food for clean-up was discussed. It was decided to get chicken and cole slaw from the Diner in Emily. The clerk will order the food for 10 people and will also get bottled water .
